Establishing a realistic schedule and assisting the pre-construction team with constructability solutions, management of subconstractor team from project feasibility and construction through final close out

Responsible for the delivery of product and maintaining the face of FCS

Oversees project and jobsite safety management programs that routinely surpass OSHA standards, following each project from the permit process to the final sign off upon completion

Provide insurance documents, contracts, closeout documents, billings and payments
